Short Answer
vyzn offers two ways to work with costs: material costs are calculated automatically from the prices stored in your catalog products, and in the "Area and quantity takeoff according to eBKP-H" you enter your own CHF values per position. Custom cost benchmarks cannot currently be imported as a separate comparison value.
How It Works in vyzn
Automatically calculated material costs
Each model element is assigned to a catalog product and multiplied by its stored price ("Price in CHF") times the net area. The sum appears as the total costs (in CHF). Components that are not assigned or have no price are transparently flagged as incomplete.
Your own cost values in the eBKP-H model
In addition, in the "Area and quantity takeoff according to eBKP-H" you can use the quantities per position and enter your own CHF-per-unit values or chapter totals yourself. These add up to the total and can be exported.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I import my own cost benchmarks as a comparison value?
No, not at the moment. Target values are only available for standards such as SNBS, Minergie or SIA 2040, not for costs.
How can I still work with my own cost values?
Maintain your own prices in your catalog products and enter your CHF-per-unit values in the eBKP-H model.
