How It Works in vyzn
Minergie-P, Minergie-A and Minergie-ECO
For Minergie-P, Minergie-A and Minergie-ECO, you create the energy system compliance report according to SIA 380/1: in the module, under "Nachweisart" (verification type), you select the desired variant (Minergie-P, Minergie-A, Minergie-ECO or SIA 380/1) and download the result as a system compliance PDF or JSON. A separate report for the Minergie base product is not offered as its own option here.
For Minergie-ECO, vyzn additionally calculates embodied energy and greenhouse gas emissions based on KBOB 2022. In the life cycle assessment, you see the Minergie-ECO rating with the GW1/GW2 limit values per building element; elements above the maximum permissible value (GW2) are flagged directly. From this, you generate the LCA compliance report as a PDF.
SNBS
vyzn supports SNBS via the built-in SNBS Hochbau 2023.1 criteria: in the life cycle assessment, you select SNBS as the standard and receive a grade from 1 to 6 for embodied energy and greenhouse gases.
DGNB / SGNI
vyzn does not cover a complete DGNB or SGNI certification workflow. What vyzn delivers is the data basis: the LCA PDF report contains a dedicated section "Bilanzierung nach DGNB/SGNI (Schweiz)" with a building element table (NRE, RE, PET and GWP for production/replacement/disposal each) based on a 50-year building service life. In addition, you can export the life cycle assessment as a CSV in the REIDA format. You feed these documents into your certification process; vyzn does not replace the official submission to the certification body.
