How It Works in vyzn
We process your data under Swiss data protection law and, where the EU GDPR applies, on the legal bases of Art. 6 (1) GDPR (lit. a, b, c, d and f) – as described in our privacy policy, which you can open directly in the platform.
In terms of personal data, registration and use essentially involve your account data (first name, last name, e-mail, company, address) and the contact persons you store in projects (name, e-mail, phone). Login runs via Auth0, i.e. password verification is handled by this specialised provider, not by us. And: your data belongs to you, and you control who has access – this is also stated in our terms of use.
Data subject rights such as access, rectification, erasure, data portability and objection are provided for in the privacy policy and are handled via an e-mail request to us (with proof of identity) – there is no self-service function for this in the interface (yet).
Subprocessors and Hosting
We use established subprocessors – including Auth0 for authentication, Microsoft Azure for hosting (in our environments the West Europe region), Autodesk Forge for the 3D viewer and Enerweb for the energy calculation. For the website/web app, the privacy policy additionally names Google Analytics and Google Maps (with possible data transfer to the USA).

Do you offer a DPA?
A ready-made data processing agreement is not part of the product today. If you need a DPA as a separate contract document or the current, complete list of subprocessors, contact us – we will clarify this bindingly for your case.
