In vyzn your team works in a shared company workspace (tenant): all projects, buildings, variants and product catalogues belong to your company, so all colleagues see and build on the same data.
How It Works in vyzn
If you work for several companies, you switch between workspaces via «Mandant wechseln» (switch tenant) at the top right. Collaboration is role-based: there is full access and read-only access; without write permission, changes are locked.
Users and roles are currently set up for you by the vyzn team – administration rights deliberately remain with the vyzn team; there are no customer admins and no self-invitation in the app. Just tell us who to add.
For collaboration beyond your own company: we can invite external reviewers or partners with full access or read-only rights – for example for a certification review.
Practical Example
Your office is planning an apartment building: the project lead and the sustainability planner work on variants with full access, while the external Minergie reviewer can view the model and results with read-only rights – without changing anything.
