Growing the team: Welcome, Pana

At vyzn, we continue to grow – and we're glad to welcome Pana to the team.

Panagiotis – yes, we practiced the full name, and yes, we're sticking with Pana – joins us as an AI Engineer from ETH Zürich, ready to push the boundaries of AI to unlock the full potential of real estate projects. With a deep-tech background and a passion for where performance design meets climate impact, he's here to build, challenge, and accelerate.

As with all our new vyzn'aries, we asked Pana a few quick questions to get to know him better.

What motivated you to join vyzn?

"vyzn stands at that forefront, where deep-tech and decarbonization converge into something real. The built environment is one of the most powerful forces in both our economy and decarbonization journey, yet one of the most resistant, deeply rooted systems to change. This is exactly why innovation matters. At vyzn, we will not just follow change. We will build it. I wanted to be part of this journey."

What are you most looking forward to in the coming months?

"To build momentum and translate ideas into tangible change. I'm excited to bring my expertise at the intersection of performance design, AI, and climate goals into a team driven to rethink how we shape the built environment. I bring motivation, curiosity, and energy to push innovation forward—learning fast, building with intent, and watching something meaningful take shape, step by step."

What unexpected skill or hobby are you bringing to vyzn?

"I'm a sailor at heart. I love the intensity and freedom of being out on the water — reading the wind, moving fast, and working in sync with the conditions around you. I'd love to share that spirit with the team, maybe even out on open water."
