Growing the team: Welcome, Neil

At vyzn, we continue to grow – and we're excited to welcome Neil to the team.

Neil joins us to sharpen GTM Ops. New city, new role, new challenge – sounds like he planned it that way. Neil is here to make sure the right people discover the value of vyzn, grasp what's truly possible with AI-powered decision making, and never look back.

As with all our new vyzn'aries, we asked Neil a few quick questions to get to know him better.

What motivated you to join vyzn?

"Real estate is one of the biggest industries in the world and still massively underdigitized. vyzn built a strong product, with leading companies already trusting them. That kind of traction at this stage says a lot. And honestly, the team played a big role too. Joining a small, ambitious group where everyone's work matters felt like exactly the kind of challenge I was looking for."

What are you most looking forward to in the coming months?

"Getting close to customers. Not just reading about their problems but actually understanding what keeps them up at night and where vyzn fits into that picture. Beyond that, helping build the GTM foundation that makes scaling easier: better processes, sharper automations, tighter feedback loops between sales and the rest of the business. And yes, AI will play a role in that. On a personal level, moving to Zurich and joining one of Europe's strongest deep tech hubs adds another layer to all of this. New city, new challenges, uncharted territory. Hard not to be excited."

What unexpected skill or hobby are you bringing to vyzn?

"Outside of work, I enjoy spending time doing sports. You'd be surprised by the life lessons hidden between stinky boxing gloves and sweaty sparring sessions. Discipline, consistency, how to stay composed (or at least pretend) when things get uncomfortable — like literally being kicked in the guts (for fun, obviously). Turns out those translate pretty well outside the gym too."
