Growing the team: Welcome, Florian

At vyzn, we continue to grow – and we're glad to welcome Florian to the team.

Florian Klemt joins us as Tech Lead. He takes on the dev team and the job of scaling our software as vyzn grows.

He has done the founder side too. Florian co-founded a company in the fashion industry and ran it as CTO, so he has built and scaled a product team before rather than only worked inside one.

As with all our new vyzn'aries, we asked Florian a few quick questions.

What motivated you to join vyzn?

"I love learning new things and going somewhere I haven't been before. Being part of a startup that creates something new and unique for the construction industry is genuinely exciting. But ultimately it was the team – smart, and good to be around – that made the decision for me."

What are you most looking forward to in the coming months?

"Getting really deep into the software and cloud architecture, getting to know the developers, and making sure we keep building something great – at startup speed."

What unexpected skill or hobby are you bringing to vyzn?

"I'm quite handy with tools around the house. For our new apartment, I didn't just paint the whole place. I also changed the bathroom sinks, put up kitchen cabinets, replaced power sockets, and mounted a very large bathroom mirror."

Someone who replaces their own sockets and still trusts the result should feel at home here. Welcome, Florian.
