vyzn wins ULI PIC Challenge 2025

ULI is the oldest and largest network for interdisciplinary real estate experts worldwide. We are thrilled to announce that vyzn has now won the ULI PropTech Innovation Challenge 2025 in Switzerland! 🏆

This year, the challenge was: "How can we significantly reduce CO₂ emissions in affordable housing – in a financially viable way?" From construction to operation, the decarbonization of affordable housing poses major challenges, but also offers enormous opportunities.

We are proud that we were able to bring vyzn to the table to create real added value: we support owners, developers, architects and consultants in turning this goal into reality.

Many thanks to Basler & Hofmann for hosting the competition and to the fantastic jury, who recognized not only what we have built so far, but also where we are taking vyzn next.

Next stop: the European finals! We look forward to representing Switzerland and connecting with the most innovative PropTech teams in Europe.
