vyzn wins ULI PIC Challenge 2025
vyzn has won the ULI PropTech Innovation Challenge 2025 in Switzerland! 🏆
This year’s challenge asked: “How can we substantially reduce carbon emissions in affordable housing in a financially viable way?” From construction to operation, decarbonizing affordable housing presents major challenges but also significant opportunities.
We are proud to have brought vyzn to the table to create real value: we support owners, developers, architects, and consultants in turning this goal into reality.
Thanks to Basler & Hofmann for hosting the competition and to the jury for recognizing both what we have built and the direction in which vyzn is heading.
Next stop: the European finals, where vyzn will represent Switzerland and connect with leading PropTech teams across Europe.
