Zürich, 09 December 2025 – vyzn AG, an AI startup in digital building planning, has successfully closed its Seed financing round. The round was led by Spicehaus Partners and Kiilto Ventures, with participation from multiple additional strategic investors from the construction and real estate sectors.
With the new capital, vyzn is expanding its portfolio of fully automated building analyses and will soon deliver, alongside lifecycle assessment (LCA) and energy efficiency, fast results on circularity, cost estimation, and thermal comfort. A recent technological breakthrough, which automatically converts architectural models into fully simulatable 3D models, forms the foundation for this expansion and enables early, precise, and cost-effective planning iterations.
At the same time, the company is strategically growing its team and strengthening its ability to meet the increasing demand from European markets. Interest is especially rising in Germany, where developers and planning firms are seeking solutions to make building planning more efficient, sustainable, and economically viable. Starting in early 2026, vyzn will pilot the software with its first customers in Germany.
The ETH Zürich spin-off has already secured over 50 leading clients in the real estate sector, including Zurich Airport, Implenia, Halter, Pensimo, and Amstein & Walthert. Adrian Henke, CEO, comments: “With vyzn, we break down planning data silos. Our platform enables customers to resolve the conflict between economic and sustainable building.”
The next major milestone is coming up: From 20–25 January 2026, the startup will showcase its platform at Swissbau in Basel. vyzn looks forward to welcoming visitors to its booth; personal appointments can already be booked here.
Spicehaus Partners AG is a leading Swiss venture capital investor, focusing on early-stage investments in technology companies in Switzerland.
Kiilto Ventures Oy is the venture capital arm of the Finnish Kiilto Group. Kiilto Ventures invests in early-stage startups that develop innovative solutions for sustainable construction, energy and resource efficiency, and healthy indoor environments.
About vyzn AG:
vyzn, an ETH spin-off, is a Swiss DeepTech startup transforming planning for new construction and renovation projects. From 3D models, vyzn’s software delivers precise analyses of CO₂ emissions, energy efficiency, circularity, and costs at the push of a button – including concrete optimization recommendations. Developers, architects, and engineers can make data-driven decisions to maximize the ecological and economic potential of their projects.
vyzn’s core technology, Deep Model Processing (DMP), based on ETH Zürich research, automatically cleans, enhances, and prepares BIM/3D models for all necessary analyses and simulations – eliminating redundant modeling work.
