Senior Software Engineer / Tech Lead
As Tech Lead you own the technical development of our data- and AI-driven SaaS platform at vyzn, an ETH spin-off shaping the future of construction planning - from architecture to deployment.
Your role
- Lead the technical development of the platform - from concept to deployment (Angular, NestJS, TypeScript, MySQL, Redis/BullMQ, Docker)
- Shape the software architecture for scalability, performance and maintainability
- Build a strong engineering culture and mentor a high-calibre team of 3-6 developers
- Work closely with product and design and align priorities with the CTO and founders
- Own code reviews, testing and deployment pipelines
Your profile
- 5+ years in software development, ideally in SaaS, data or AI-driven platforms
- Strong in TypeScript/Angular, Node.js and cloud architecture (Azure or AWS)
- Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams
- Pragmatic, structured mindset balancing speed and quality
- Excellent English, German a plus; based in Europe
