Welcome aboard, Mobimo

We are pleased to introduce Mobimo as a vyzn customer. Admittedly, our collaboration is no longer brand new. But it is never too late to share a good partnership.

Districts built to last

Mobimo develops and manages real estate worth around CHF 4.3 billion in Switzerland's key economic regions, both for its own portfolio and for third parties. What stands out: former industrial and warehouse sites such as Torfeld Süd in Aarau and the Flon district in Lausanne have become neighbourhoods where people live and work.

Answering the big questions early

A portfolio of this size is built project by project. And in every project, the decisions with the biggest consequences are made early: renovate or build new? Which construction method? And what does that mean for CO₂, energy, comfort and cost?

This is where vyzn comes in. Variants are compared directly from the digital building model, on the same basis and in line with Swiss SIA standards. The result is the whole picture rather than isolated metrics, while there is still room to shape the project.
